Before tobacco, Valentino Siesto spent a career in jewelry — a discipline where the smallest flaw is the only thing anyone remembers. He brought that tolerance with him. In this house, a cigar is not finished when it is rolled. It is finished when it is perfect.

Tamboril, Dominican Republic
In 2014, in partnership with master blender Juan Gomez, he acquired the El Hoyito factory in Tamboril, Dominican Republic — the quiet capital of the country’s rolling tradition. Every Valentino Siesto cigar is made there, by hand, to this day.
